Since the combination with Park Nicollet Health Services in 2013, HealthPartners care system includes 1,800 physicians, 900 non-physician clinicians, eight hospitals, 55+ medical clinics, and numerous specialty practices in Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

Regions Hospital

Established in 1872, Regions Hospital is a private, not-for-profit organization that provides health care services in St. Paul and its surrounding communities, including patients from throughout Minnesota, western Wisconsin and other Midwestern states. Regions is consistently recognized as one of the best hospitals in the region. Recently, we were named a U.S. News & World Report 2022-2023 Best Regional Hospital and a Watson Health Top 15 Health System. We are proud to offer:

Level I Trauma Center – Regions is one of only three hospitals in Minnesota that is verified as a Level I Trauma Center for both adults and for children with the expertise and technology to treat the most serious injuries 24/7.

Nationally recognized burn center – The Burn Center at Regions was one of the first in the nation and today is one of only two burn centers in Minnesota verified by the American Burn Association and the American College of Surgeons.

Commitment to mental health – Regions is one of the largest providers of mental health care in Minnesota. A new eight-story mental health building opened in 2012, which offers a healing environment with 100 private rooms.

Charity care in east metro – Regions is the second largest provider of charity care in Minnesota.

Family-centered maternity care: At Methodist’s Family Birth Center, patients find you’ll exceptional medical care, modern amenities and a nurturing environment.

Heart care: We are a regional referral center for heart patients throughout Minnesota, offering a full range of diagnostic, treatment and rehabilitation services.

Cancer care: At Frauenshuh Cancer Center, we use the latest research and technology to provide a full array of preventive, diagnostic and treatment services, along with programs to support patients’ mental, spiritual and emotional well-being.

Stroke care: Methodist Hospital’s stroke care has been nationally recognized for excellence and responsiveness. We’re equipped to manage any kind of stroke or stroke complication, earning DNV GL certification as a comprehensive stroke center.

Parkinson’s care: Struthers Parkinson’s Center has been recognized as a Parkinson’s Foundation Center of Excellence, providing top medical, rehabilitation and support services to patients and their families.

Emergency care: Methodist’s emergency department is a certified Level III trauma care center that provides 24-hour emergency and trauma care for people of all ages.

TRIA

With sites across the Twin Cities metro, TRIA combines research, education and the latest treatments to provide life‑changing orthopedic, sports medicine and physical therapy services. From building Minnesota’s first walk‑in orthopedic urgent care to expanding the types of same‑day, outpatient orthopedic surgeries we perform, we’re always developing new ways to improve and accelerate recovery.

Neuroscience Center

At the HealthPartners Neuroscience Center, we’ve combined treatment, rehabilitation and research under one roof to create the largest freestanding neuroscience center in the Upper Midwest, conveniently located right in St. Paul, Minnesota. By leveraging the partnership between HealthPartners specialty care and Regions Hospital, we were able to put all the resources our patients need into one building. From access to clinical trials to specially designed treatment options – including an onsite MRI, an adaptive gym and a therapy pool – our neuroscience experts are committed to providing patients with the best brain and spine care available.

HealthPartners and Park Nicollet Outpatient Clinics

We have 55 primary care clinics in Minnesota and western Wisconsin. We realize that strong primary care is a key part to living well, so our team of over 1900 clinicians provide collaborative comprehensive care for individuals and families. We help patients stay up to date on preventative care, manage long-term health conditions, and address new symptoms. Many of our clinics also have dietitians, diabetes educators, care coordinators, pharmacists and psychologists to help patients develop personalized plans for achieving health goals. Additionally, many clinic sites have labs, radiology departments and on-site pharmacies for convenience.

We also have over 20 urgent care locations in the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin. Recognizing that bumps in life never seem to come at a convenient time, we offer clinic visits at our urgent care locations, urgent care video visits, eVisits and convenient care at our online clinic, Virtuwell.
