About

About

HealthPartners is a leader in Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) post-graduate training with our first APC Fellowship program starting in 2008. With tremendous growth since that time, we now offer fellowship programs in nine specialties in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Through a variety of clinical and didactic experiences in protected learning environments, APC fellows develop competence and confidence, allowing them to deliver high-quality patient care and integrate into practice at an accelerated rate. HealthPartners APC Fellowship programs have graduated nearly 100 APC fellows and have served as an effective pipeline to employment with over 75% graduated fellows hired at HealthPartners to date.

The APC Fellowships are supported by the Office of Health Professional Education within the HealthPartners Institute, which improves care, health, and well-being through research, education, and practice.

HealthPartners is the largest consumer-governed, nonprofit health care organization in the nation. As part of HealthPartners, APC Fellows will have access to an organization that includes hospitals, clinics, and a health plan. This access creates a unique synergy that broadens reach and as a result, provides incredible opportunities to make discoveries, develop and test ideas, and implement solutions based on evidence.
