2026-2027 Primary Care APC Fellow
My name is Lindsey Eierman. I am a family nurse practitioner with a background in public health and community-based care, focused on providing compassionate, accessible primary care to individuals and families from all walks of life. My training and experience include working in Federally Qualified Health Centers with migrant agricultural workers, working on opioid use disorder in rural and frontier communities and providing outreach care to individuals experiencing homelessness, which shaped my belief in the importance of trust, continuity, and whole-person care.
I chose the HealthPartners Primary Care Fellowship to continue growing as a new provider through mentorship and advanced clinical training, so I can be as prepared as possible to care for patients with complex medical and social needs.
Outside of work, I enjoy baking, reading, spending time outdoors, and relaxing at home with my two cats.
