I chose the path to a healthcare career as I have a desire to help people feel supported and cared for in meaningful ways. I also have interests in evidence-based practice and leading change that improves outcomes for patients and communities. I chose this fellowship to obtain focused training to enrich my clinical skills, decision making and bridge the gap from academics to real-world practice. I am drawn to Urgent Care because it offers a variety of cases, need for quick-decision making, and the opportunity to provide fast, effective, and compassionate treatment. Outside of work, I love CrossFit, reading, and collecting vinyl records!
