2025-2026 Primary Care APC Fellow
My name is Kelsey Culhane, and I am a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nine years of nursing experience in emergency care, step-down ICU, and outpatient surgery. Motivated by a passion for holistic and preventive medicine, I earned my master’s degree from the University of Colorado’s Family Nurse Practitioner program. I’m committed to improving access to care and empowering patients to manage chronic conditions through evidence-based, patient-centered approaches.
This fellowship is an exciting opportunity to continue growing as a provider and strengthen my ability to deliver comprehensive, compassionate primary care.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through hiking, biking, and practicing yoga!
