2024-2025 Urgent Care APC Fellow

Hi! I am Ellen. I have been a Pediatric ICU RN for the past eleven years (first in Baltimore, MD, and most recently at Children’s Minneapolis). I am excited to join the Urgent Care team as an APC Fellow. My summer 2023 clinical was in an Urgent Care clinic and I liked the fast pace and the variety of both primary complaint and severity of illness. Something unique about me is that I am an avid backpacker and I have hiked the John Muir Trail. In my spare time I have a love/hate relationship with remodeling my home (don’t ask me about taping and mudding!) and thoroughly enjoy cooking, gardening, and spending time with my family and friends.
