2026-2027 Urgent Care APC Fellow
Hi, my name is Elizabeth “Libby” Seger, and I am a PA who recently completed my Master’s in PA Studies at the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota. Prior to graduate school, I earned my Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
During my clinical training, I developed a strong interest in acute care due to the fast pace environment coupled with the opportunity to think critically and problem-solve in real time. I am especially drawn to urgent care for its balance of acuity and accessibility, as well as the ability to perform procedures while helping patients feel heard and cared for in moments of uncertainty.
I chose to pursue an urgent care fellowship to continue building my confidence and clinical skills in a supportive environment with structured feedback and mentorship as I transition into independent practice.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy reading, camping and hiking (especially up the North Shore), watching The Office on repeat with my husband, and trying new recipes. I am originally from Shakopee, MN, where I grew up with my triplet brother and sister and parents.
