Primary Care APC Fellowship Program Director

Amy Schwartz is the Primary Care APC Fellowship Program Director and a practicing APC clinician at the Park Nicollet SmartCare clinic. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. After working in a few different specialties, Amy followed her heart back to family practice. She loves building relationships and creating partnerships with patients and families to help them lead healthier lives. Her passion is patient education, pediatrics, women’s health and preventive care. She especially loves working with kids, adolescents and young adults to keep them healthy for the long haul. In addition, she also really enjoys educating the next generation of health care providers and frequently teaches students.

When she’s not working, Amy likes to spend time with her husband and three kids. They love watching sports, especially football and hockey, and enjoy spending time outside.
